At the request of the Minister of Justice, Carlo Nordio, they will soon arrive at the juvenile penal institution "Cesare Beccaria” of Milan new personnel reinforcements: the 13 Penitentiary Police officers, who have already taken up duty on 22 April - after the arrest of as many colleagues involved in various capacities in the investigation by the Milan Prosecutor's Office - will be joined in a short time by another 22 units, divided into various roles: a specific question will in fact be called hourly by the Department of Penitentiary Administration. Further personnel may be allocated to the IPM, after the conclusion - in mid-July - of the 183rd course for penitentiary police officers. Furthermore, starting from May 6, the command of the institute will be assumed by an official of the corps.
