Contract bonus for 2018 results to FCA employees in Italy

Fiat Chrysler Automobiles today announced the remuneration bonus to the trade unions, which will be paid in February to all Italian employees of the Group, in relation to the production efficiency targets set by the specific FCA employment contract.

The results vary according to the performances, measured with the WCM system (World Class Manufacturing), made by each individual production unit.

There was a general further improvement in the results of the Group's production facilities, among which Pomigliano and Verrone continue to stand out and for the fourth consecutive year have achieved excellence and will receive on average 1.580 euro.

Overall, all FCA employees in Italy will receive an average premium of more than 5,5% of the reference salary, which corresponds to more than 1.250 euro, the best result of the four-year contract period.

The remuneration policy, introduced in July 2015, provides for all people to participate directly in the results of productivity, quality and profitability as part of the company's industrial plan.
