In the bilateral meeting with the Emirati minister, the Keeper of Seals strongly urged a prompt execution for all the extradition requests presented by Italy, hoping for more fruitful judicial collaboration between the two countries. In order to protect compatriots who find themselves involved in judicial proceedings in the Emirates, Minister Cartabia signed a judicial cooperation agreement with his counterpart, Abdullah Al Nuaimi, to allow the sentenced to serve their sentences in their respective countries of origin.
