In a few hours the Carabinieri of the Compagnia di Colleferro traced back to a 30-year-old man, seriously suspected of the fire of three cars, which took place on the afternoon of July 29 in Largo Biagio della Rosa.

Flames that first involved an Alfa Mito and then spread to two Fiat Pandas parked adjacent to them, irreparably damaging them.
In the circumstance, a Carabiniere of the Radiomobile Operational Unit of the Compagnia di Colleferro, free from service, noticing the fire, rushed to the scene and, before the arrival of the firefighters, did his utmost, through the use of a fire hydrant. an adjacent structure, taking care to complete the extinguishing operations and avoid more serious consequences, also remaining intoxicated by the inhaled fumes.

The young man is suspected of having set fire to the car of his ex-partner's partner for never having accepted the end of their relationship. In addition to the testimonies collected, through further investigations, and viewing all the cameras in the area, the military was able to establish that the Roman man's car was in Colleferro at an hour compatible with the criminal event and in particular on the site of the fire. In the light of the elements gathered, the public prosecutor ordered the arrest of the young man, ordering his translation at the Velletri prison, pending the validation hearing of the GIP of the Court of Velletri who will establish the possible subjecting of the man to precautionary measures.
