How are institutional relations changing with the advent of digital?

(by Rosangela Cesareo - Head of Institutional Relations at Aidr) The change in institutional relations and the structuring of consensus through the spread of new technologies has largely intervened in the political debate, not only in Italy, but in the world.

The new digital tools and those offered by the network must be able to face the greatest revolution of all time: the digital revolution.

The great test for institutions, institutions, companies, professionals and users is first of all to give new ideas and innovation, a combination capable of generating quality for the benefit of all.

Certainly Italy has a huge gap, for the use and application of innovation, compared to the other European countries it is at the rear. This backwardness, alas, certainly does not exclude the field of institutional relations, a strategic sector for the entire development of the country.

What is the problem at a glance?

That despite the existence of a national plan on digitization, skills are lacking and training is upstream. There is only one way to improve: implement concrete initiatives immediately, both in the public and private sectors. It is necessary, I would say mandatory, if you do not want to stay out of the modernization process, to invest in skills, not only for young people but for anyone.
