The first series of five Eni gas and light meetings with the territorial representatives of the Consumer Associations ended

The first series of five meetings between ENI gas and electricity and the territorial representatives of Consumer Associations ends today in Genoa.

An open and constructive dialogue with the Consumer Associations, also through direct listening to the demands of the territory, is for Eni gas and light a key element to realize its own vision of customer centrality.

Many topics have been discussed during the incotri held so far in Rome, Bologna, Palermo, Florence and Genoa. In particular, the Associations have shown great interest in the digitalization process of Eni gas and electricity, which is already bringing important benefits to consumers, for example in terms of simplicity, speed and effectiveness of contacts with the Company.

Much interest was also found towards Eni's commitment to gas and electricity on the energy efficiency front, a commitment that for the company translates into both education and awareness-raising projects, as well as into commercial initiatives such as, for example, CappottoMio, the innovative Eni gas and light service for the energy upgrading of condominium buildings.

Finally, much attention was paid to the services that Eni gas and light makes available to Consumer Associations, such as the dedicated Filo Giallo telephone channel, the online channel for Complaints, the Joint Observatory on unsolicited activations and Joint Conciliation.

In the second part of the year Eni gas and light will continue its journey through the territory, meeting representatives of the Associations in Bari, Naples, Turin, Milan and Mestre.
