Al-Jazeera has announced that the budget of the attack accomplished yesterday by the militia against one center for electoral registration in Afghanistan rose to 63 dead. Among the victims 27 women and 8 children, while the injured are more than 120. The kamikaze attack, launched in the capital in Kabul against a school set up in the recording center for the vote scheduled for the next 20 October, has been claimed by IS.

The United Nations Mission in Afghanistan condemned the kamikaze attack: "The bombing is the latest in a series that seeks to deliberately target structures that are connected to the elections and which began last week when the registration process for the vote scheduled for October 20 began. The UN family in Afghanistan feels a deep sense of revulsion at the outrage. Compounding the callous contempt for civilian lives, the killing appears to be part of a totally unacceptable effort by extremists to discourage Afghan citizens from exercising their constitutional right to participate in elections".

A few hours ago the news made known on the Khaama portal of another attack carried out last night by the Taliban against two positions of the security forces in the western province of Badghis which resulted in the death of 16 soldiers. A local military officer specified that the first attack took place against a checkpoint in the provincial capital Qala Naq City, with a death toll of nine soldiers. A little later another checkpoint was targeted in the Qads district, in an operation in which seven other police officers were killed.
