In the afternoon, workshops with experts and social partners
Next Monday 06 December 2021 (11 am) in Rome, at the CNEL, a press conference will be held to present the single code for national collective labor agreements, established by the law converting the Simplifications decree (law 120/20) which assigns it the attribution to the CNEL, which manages and takes care of the National Archive of public and private employment contracts.
The CNEL-INPS inter-institutional collaboration will make it possible to systematize the information held by the administrations involved to form the first nucleus of a common register of collective agreements organized with a view to public service and transparency on the effective application of contracts.
Speakers: CNEL president Tiziano Treu, INPS president Pasquale Tridico and Labor Minister Andrea Orlando.
On the same theme (15 pm), a workshop entitled “Unique code of national collective bargaining. Reasons, purposes and method ", aimed at making known the theoretical and applicative profiles of the code. The new methods of valorisation in the Uniemens flow of the “Contract Code” element of the “Individual Complaint” will also be illustrated, with reference to the national collective labor agreements of the private sector and to the monthly communications of employers with DM registration number.
With President Treu, the expert advisers of the CNEL, the representatives of INPS, INL, ANAC and the social partners represented at the CNEL will speak.
