Coronavirus: tell us the truth!

Coronavirus: tell us the truth!

(by Marco Zacchera) I am increasingly disappointed, worried and angry: the weeks go by among a sea of chatter and meanwhile Italy fails. Conte speaks to unified networks without saying practically anything and "scientists" - who do not risk a fingernail of their income - justify the postponement of the openings, insensitive to the reality of a country where most people have not yet understood towards which disaster we are headed.

Above all, there are big bales with unmanageable daily numbers if you do not do swabs and statistical tests. Meanwhile, for example, few people know that - compared to 12.352 deaths in March from coronavirus - last year (ISTAT source) there were 15.189 deaths in Italy from pneumonia (16.220 in 2018) which this year are practically no more : how do you explain it?

This is just to say that the numbers turn as they want, but in the meantime an unequivocal and true fact is that 60 days after the start of the pandemic, Italian companies of 2 to 499 employees HAVE NOT YET SEEN A EURO and for funding up to 25.000 euros were accepted yesterday (not cleared!) 28.500 practices out of hundreds of thousands in stock.

Have you noticed the ballet on the MES that lasted weeks with everything that then returns in silence after the affirmed (by Conte) "unthinkable great victory in Europe"? Balle, the silence is so as not to remember the 5Stelle about their voters and save the government, BUT THE "REAL" MONEY IS NOT THERE, IT IS ALL A DEBT MANEUVER and in the meantime our public debt stands because only the Bank Central European is buying (thankfully) quintalades of billions of Italian government bonds and hopefully in the ESM, while the audience of closures looms.

Don't worry, however, the Greek troika will not arrive but only "A reinforced vigilance" by Brussels: words are everything, substance never matters.

This burns me: in addition to the daily health bulletin at 18 pm, you would need an honest "economic bulletin" of how you are proceeding: say how many funds are liquidated per day, if they are not ashamed ...

Because the "scientists" talk, they don't risk it: "If it opened immediately we could reach 151.000 hospitalized in intensive care" they tell us, but they don't explain to us WHY that number, but if Conte says it, the media pick it up and then everything becomes true.

Meanwhile, the Premier himself rushes to Genoa to inaugurate "the raising of the last span of the bridge" - yet another catwalk for a public work that has already enjoyed a dozen partial celebrations on the skin of 40 people - and around him he noticed a large crowd of people on TV. Conte spoke (without a mask!) Of the usual future, inevitable destinies. All in evident contempt for the decrees but He can, we cannot: even Masses are forbidden to us!

Absurd attitudes, just as nobody seems to realize that all constitutional limits have been exceeded, but it is "for the emergency" and so it's okay. The detail that no one elected Conte escapes, as do the scientists, the committees, the experts who actually manage Italy. If this attitude had been held by a center-right government, howling constitutional majesty would have risen.

But in the meantime the parliament is exhausted, the fault lies with the regions and the brave president Mattarella always signs everything.

However, all the dramatic questions remain true, never even touched by a thousand (useless) debates. For example, those who check the accounts of the Civil Protection or how they spend millions of euros "for the emergency", or because we are so far behind with swabs and checks.

I insist: if in any activity you observe the prescriptions and distances why can't you and shouldn't start working again? Tell me why those who sell furniture must be closed, or a goldsmith, a lawyer, a seamstress, a patisserie (though you can buy sweets in the supermarket and bakery). Conte's "Technical Committees" are far from the practicality of the problems and it is time for all the trade associations to emerge with more force, which unfortunately are not listened to.

What if everyone - obviously wearing masks and observing the distances - from 4 May we simply rebelled against the impositions and began to move and work freely? Would it really be a criminal challenge to the state? I would simply say a refusal to those representatives (not even elected!) Who, two months after the beginning of the chaos, demonstrate - and confirm every day - that they are not up to the situation.
