At the headquarters of the Department of Civil Protection, the work of the Operating Committee continues in order to ensure the coordination of the interventions of the components and operational structures of the National Civil Protection Service. As regards health monitoring relating to the spread of Coronavirus on the national territory, currently 93.187 people are positive for the virus. To date, there have been 132.547 total cases in Italy.
In detail: there are currently 28.469 positive cases in Lombardy, 13.051 in Emilia-Romagna, 10.545 in Piedmont, 9.722 in Veneto, 5.301 in Tuscany, 3.706 in the Marches, 3.300 in Lazio, 3.117 in Liguria, 2.698 in Campania, 2.115 in Puglia, 1.815 in Sicily, 1.838 in the Autonomous Province of Trento, 1.396 in Friuli Venezia Giulia, 1.425 in Abruzzo, 1.260 in the Autonomous Province of Bolzano, 872 in Umbria, 819 in Sardinia, 722 in Calabria, 567 in Valle d'Aosta, 262 in Basilicata and 187 in Molise.
22.837 people were healed. 16.523 died, but this number can be confirmed only after the Istituto Superiore di Sanità has established the actual cause of the death.
