Covid-19: De Micheli suspends the ban on the circulation of heavy vehicles on holidays

Green light for the movement of heavy vehicles in the coming weekends. With the decree signed today by the Minister of Infrastructure and Transport, Paola De Micheli, hauliers will be able to circulate freely even in the next three weekends of the month.

In particular, on Sunday 8, 15 and 22 November vehicles used for the transport of things, with a maximum authorized mass exceeding 7,5 tons, will be able to travel on extra-urban roads. The suspension of the ban on international freight transport services is still valid, and will be until further government action.

A provision once again made necessary by the Coronavirus emergency and the need to facilitate the transport system and traffic flows.
