From secret documents on the net: Kiev will run out of ammunition in late May with the Russian Air Force still "intact". The responsibles? Pro-Russian Americans?

The classified Pentagon documents that ended up on the net reveal inconvenient details such as those on Ukraine's air defenses and the Israeli spy agency of the Mossad – it would emerge that the Israeli spy agency would have encouraged its staff and the public opinion to participate in the protest movement against the justice reform and the weakening of the powers of the Supreme Court-.

In the secret documents, there are insights even about China, Middle East e Africa. What is certain is that this is not news because the job of intelligence is precisely to spy on, collect data and analyze foreign countries at 360° to provide the government decision-maker with every option to structure a winning diplomatic, economic, political or war strategy .

However, the investigations are only at the beginning and are still ongoing. There is much confusion and disbelief even though some experts believe that it may have been one or more Americans who hatched the plot. The possibility that one or more allies could be the conspirators is excluded.

"The focus now is on whether this is a US leak, as many of the documents were only in US hands."he told Reuters Michael Mulroy, a former senior Pentagon official, in an interview.

US officials have said the investigation is in its early stages and those running it have not ruled out the possibility that pro-Russian American elements may be behind the leak.

Following the disclosure of the secret documents, Reuters has reviewed more than 50 documents classified "Secret" and "Top Secret" that first appeared on social media websites last month, starting with Discord and 4Chan. While some of the documents were released weeks ago, their existence was first reported last Friday by the New York Times.

Some published documents are marked with the initials "NOFORN“: “cannot be issued to foreign citizens”.

The air defenses of Ukraine

I Ukrainian air defense systems are running out of ammunition and without the arrival of large western supplies they will not be able to counter any attacks by the Russian aviation, whose strength is still intact. This is the prediction of American officials recounted in some of the classified Pentagon documents that ended up on social media, according to reports from the New York Times.

Stockpiles of missiles for air defense systems S-300 and Buk of the Soviet era, which make up 89% of Ukraine's protection against most fighter planes and some bombers, will be completely finished between mid-April and 3 May, according to one of the leaked documents.

The text, which dates back to February 28, based the assessment on the rate of consumption of the missiles. The same document assessed that Ukraine's air defenses, designed to protect troops on the front lines where much of Russia's air power is concentrated, will be "completely exhausted" by 23 May, resulting in difficulties on the air defense network deeper into Ukrainian territory.

The Biden administration, for this reason, announced last week the shipment of additional munitions and air defense interceptors as part of an aid package from 2,6 billions of dollars, part of which will be used to help Kiev prepare for the spring offensive. Whether this will be sufficient depends, say the US executives contacted by the NYT, on a number of factors, including whether NATO allies will make their own deliveries and whether Putin will continue not to risk his precious warplanes.

“The Russian army was torn apart but the Russian air force was not”Joint chief of staff Mark Milley told MSNBC in February.
