Azzolina decree at risk of forfeiture due to tight center-right obstructionism

"We are mobilizing resources for the school for 4 billion, 330 million immediately for light school construction»Promises Minister Azzolina. Three months to reopen safely and in September, the premier's word, the classrooms will have to welcome students in attendance. But it's not all roses and flowers in the classroom.

The government collects confidence in the school decree but risks making it fall due to the obstructionism of the center-right which is postponing the final vote. The aim is to prevent the final vote on the decree by Saturday to make it fall. A move to Alloy e Brothers of Italy for request the resignation of Minister Azzolina and instill a sequence of events to promote a government crisis.

The House Regulations, unlike the Senate, specifies the Ansa, distinguishes the vote of confidence from the final vote on the decree. In the first vote, the government collected 305 yes against 221 no and 2 abstained in the afternoon, and even in the final vote it would have no problems with numbers. However they must be illustrated, 188 agendas discussed and voted on, that is, those government documents concerning the application of the decree. In the night session the phase of their illustration ends, while the discussion and the vote is scheduled starting from the morning at 9.

On each agenda each group has the right to speak for five minutes, and each deputy can then express his dissent from the group line. The Regulations do not provide for time limits. Making the most of the times, and focusing on the fact that the Chamber must be sanitized every three hours, the center-right believes it has a good chance of blowing up the final vote not only by Friday but also by Saturday, thus giving the shoulder to the decree. The majority could reply with a river sitting. A possible group leader could sanction the rupture or agreement between majority and opposition.
