The petition is aimed at the correct application of Directive 123/2006 in Italy, in the seaside sector, with reference to the application of Articles 17 and 16 of the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the Citizen in the European Union.
The signatories intend to promote the necessary initiatives aimed at the recognition of the Charter of Fundamental Rights of Citizens, in particular by acting through awareness campaigns of public opinion and of all the Italian and European institutional bodies, which have the power to intervene directly or indirect to ensure the application and protection of the Right to Private Property of a legally acquired Economic vehicle.
This initiative remains open to anyone else who shares the inspiring principles of the petition and who can sign the document by membership.
