According to data from the Joint Organizations Data Initiative (Jodi), an international association that monitors data on oil and gas production, Saudi Arabia, in terms of oil production, was exceeded in September by Russia. The latter produced 10.249 of daily barrels, clearly ahead of the 9.973 of Saudi Arabia, settling at 10 billion barrels a day. For the ninth consecutive month, Russia is the world's leading oil producer.
