Eni purchased in the period between 22 and 26 August 2022 n. 11.611.610 treasury shares, at the weighted average price of 12,2939 euros per share, for a total value of 142.752.510,81 euro as part of the authorization for the purchase of treasury shares approved by Eni's Shareholders' Meeting of 11 May 2022, already subject to disclosure pursuant to art. 144-bis of Consob Regulation 11971/1999.
On the basis of the information provided by the intermediary responsible for the execution of the purchases, the following is shown below:
Since the start of the program, Eni has purchased n. 56.662.125 treasury shares (equal to 1,59% of the share capital) for a total value of 677.159.055 euros. Following the purchases made up to August 26, 2022, considering the treasury shares already in portfolio and the cancellation of 34.106.871 treasury shares approved by Eni's Shareholders' Meeting of May 11, 2022, Eni holds no. 88.393.427 own shares equal to 2,47% of the share capital.
