Eni purchased in the period between 2 and 6 September 2019 n. 1.168.564 own shares, at the weighted average price of 13,725063 euro per share, for a total value of 16.038.614,81 euro in the context of the authorization to purchase treasury shares approved by Eni's 14 May 2019 Shareholders' Meeting, already subject to disclosure pursuant to art. 144-bis of the Consob Regulation 11971 / 1999.
