Eni purchased in the period between 2 and 6 October 2023 on Euronext Milan n. 4.222.007 treasury shares (equal to 0,13% of the share capital), at the weighted average price of 14,6730 euros per share, for a total value of 61.949.698,25 euros, as part of the second tranche of the buyback approved by the Shareholders' Meeting on 10 May 2023, already subject to disclosure pursuant to art. 144-bis of Consob Regulation 11971/1999.
Based on the information provided by the intermediary appointed to carry out the purchases, a summary of the transactions for the purchase of treasury shares on Euronext Milan on a daily basis is provided below:
Starting from the start, on 4 September 2023, of the second tranche of the buyback program (aimed at granting Eni shareholders additional remuneration compared to the distribution of dividends), Eni has purchased n. 18.331.624 own shares (equal to 0,54% of the share capital) for a total value of 274.718.216,08 euros. Considering the treasury shares already in portfolio and the cancellation of 195.550.084 treasury shares resolved by the Shareholders' Meeting on May 10, 2023 and the purchases made since the start of the buyback program on May 12, 2023, Eni holds n. 110.879.374 own shares equal to 3,28% of the share capital.
