AssembleaFacile.com is born, the platform developed by Harley & Dikkinson, with the contribution of Eni gas and light, designed to facilitate condominium meetings between administrators and condominiums who choose CoatMio, the Eni gas and electricity service aimed at energy requalification and safety seismic of buildings.
Harley & Dikkinson and Eni gas and light have decided to make available to customers who choose CoatMio AssembleaFacile.com, a hybrid platform (which can be used both remotely and in person) that allows condominiums to be able to carry out assemblies even remotely. The platform is built in line with the regulatory changes that provide for the possibility of holding condominium meetings also in videoconference mode, with the consent of the majority of the condominiums.
The platform allows remote participation in a simple and intuitive way, from a smartphone, but also from a simple home phone, providing a series of functions such as, for example, the convocation procedure, the possibility for condominiums to delegate other people and votes with the indication of thousandths in compliance with current regulations.
With AssembleaFacile.com the condominiums that adhere to the CoatMio service of Eni gas and electricity will have a free tool to decide on energy requalification and seismic consolidation interventions and to be able to take advantage of the opportunities offered by the tax incentives in the Ecobonus, Sismabonus and Superbonus 110% with the possibility of transferring the tax credit to third parties.
