Army, Command Change at the "Vulture" Transmission Battalion

In the multimedia room of the barracks "RAFFAELE LIBROIA" of Nocera Inferiore, the ceremony of changeover to the command of the "Vulture" transmission battalion, between Lieutenant Colonel Giuseppe Ingicco, transferor, and Lieutenant Colonel Michele De Palma, successor.

During the command period of Lieutenant Colonel Ingicco, the "Vulture" Battalion has carried out multiple and intense training and operational activities, developing and optimizing all the tasks related to the maintenance of the telecommunications network of the Armed Force, achieving excellent levels of reliability and safety . The function of the National Service "Army User Assistance" (995) was significant, offering, to the numerous requests for assistance from both Italy and abroad, a cutting-edge service capable of perfecting home services through remote technical support. 

To remember in the period of command of Lt. Col. Ingicco, the inauguration of the Historical Museum of the Transmission and the reopening of the Military Library of Presidio, which made it possible to catalog the entire library heritage. 

Lieutenant Colonel De Palma, who took the lead, attended the 179 ° Course of the Military Academy and comes from the 46 broadcasting regiment in Palermo, where he held the position of Head of Training and Information Operations Office. 

Lieutenant Colonel Giuseppe Ingicco, belonging to the 177th course of the Military Academy, will hold a prestigious position at the “Acqui” Division in Capua.
