"With this budget law we continue to give centrality to the personnel of justice, one of the commitments made since the beginning of our mandate, strengthening the workforce as it has not happened for decades and investing in the development of human resources", declared the undersecretary in a note to Justice, Vittorio Ferraresi.

"First of all, thanks to the amendment by the deputy of the 5 Star Movement, Carla Giuliano - he specifies - we have increased, as per my personal commitment with the trade unions, the FUA, the single administration fund, by 6 million for 2021, by 8,4, 2022 million in 10 and 2023 million from XNUMX, thus allowing a concrete enhancement of the employees of the Ministry of Justice.

We have also foreseen 3.000 permanent extraordinary hires of administrative staff that will give relief to the judicial offices across the country, in addition to the plan of more than 8700 units already funded.

These are progress, promises kept, which - concludes the undersecretary - will improve the lives of those who work every day in our judicial offices, but consequently also of citizens who will be able to see a progressive improvement in the functioning of Italian justice ”.
