Today the renewal of the work contract for FCA employees in Italy has been signed

Fiat Chrysler Automobiles today signed with Fim-Cisl, Uilm-Uil, Fismic, Uglm and AQCFR the renewal of the Specific Collective Labor Contract (CCSL) expired last December 31. The contract - in force for the four-year period 2019-2022 - applies to the 66 thousand Group employees in Italy.

The renewal provides for an increase in the annual remuneration of the annual 2% and a reinforcement of the annual bonus linked to the objectives of productivity and efficiency within the WCM.

In addition to the salary aspect, there are three main cornerstones of the new contract.

  1. The corporate welfare system, which develops through the consolidation of the flexible benefits program and the strengthening of complementary social security and supplementary health care.
  2. The completion of the participatory system which, in the light of the positive experience of the last four years, is now not only a model of qualified dialogue with the trade unions, but is an integral part of the Group's industrial approach in Italy.
  3. The definition of the reform of the framework introduced experimentally in the previous renewal of the contract.
