The agreement was reached during the meeting between the ministerial delegations from North and South which was held today on the northern side of the border village of Panmunjom. The recent Winter Olympics in South Korea have helped the two countries to reconnect, after a period marked by deep tensions due to the frequent ballistic tests conducted by Pyongyang.
