Tender Foundation to Ship ITALY: Changes the commander and continues the journey of solidarity

The second part of the solidarity campaign of Nave ITALIA, the world's largest sailor in the world, is the result of cooperation between Marina Militare and Yacht Club Italiano, founding members of the Tender Foundation for Navy ITALIA Onlus. At Captain's command

Frigate Marco Filzi has recently replaced Frigate Captain John Antonio Tedeschini who, during two solidarity campaigns, has contributed to completing 43 social projects and enabling the boarding of well 935 guests.

The journey now continues to the main destination of Nave ITALY: to foster self-esteem, independence and self-conscious growth.

Ten associations - twelve have already participated in the first part of the campaign - will sail until October alternating on board Nave ITALIA and touching Livorno, Civitavecchia, Gaeta, La Spezia and Genoa where the event will be held to celebrate the tenth anniversary of the Tender To Nave Foundation Italy.

Tender to Ship Foundation ITALY Onlus promotes the culture of sea and navigation as tools of education, training, enabling, rehabilitation, social inclusion and therapy. Beneficiaries are non-profit organizations, Onlus, schools, hospitals, social services, public or private companies that promote inclusive actions to their assistants and their families.
