Humanitarian values ​​and the frontier of utopia: the places of good!

Values ​​that can be shared through the transformative processes of creativity that activates a multiform system in which everyone operates within reciprocity and respecting the identities of each one. The expressive languages, the third lands as I like to define them, not to be confused with a more or less artistic production, are played in a dimension of suspension of judgment, space and time by opening the spaces of cooperation, enhancing training courses without destroying codes and cultures, but becoming a source of knowledge for everyone. In this perspective, words, sounds, images expose their character of generativity, openness to transformation within which the generosity, typical of the voluntary act, in turn becomes an expression of the maximum generativity of models and behaviors: of a new consciousness.

Consciousness as knowledge of oneself through the Other within a forest of metaphors and symbols, interweaving between the various multiple identities that in us, however, remain sedimented in the implicit genetic memory, in the mnestic traces.

Empathy allows us to feel in the place of those who suffer and at the same time to be able to find together with the Other the tools that can somehow support and contain the anxieties, fears, anxieties of the future. Foreignness and familiarity "me and not-me" as British independent psychoanalysts say. And in our context, so homologous dominated by single thought, reflecting on the “id-entity” in search of oneself becomes really difficult, especially when one has the possibility of meeting the Other in places other than those we are used to.

In the diasporas there are lost and often lost identities that we can help in recomposing oneself, in soothing the scars that fatally appear in subsequent generations.

But in the "third lands" everyone can give and receive in a dynamic of continuity of himself in history. Between a limit and the other, between me and notme, between identity and otherness take place "transitional" places within which conflicts can be faced without the radicalization of sentiments, without those wounds no longer healing.

It is opportune to clarify that the wounds can naturally heal and that in any case they become the indelible seal of our identity, just think of the scars that Ulysses showed to the nurse Euboea, because was recognized. Any wound, however, can be soothed in its burning yet reality within the "third lands".

These are also the lands of those humanitarian values ​​for which everyone can have the right to citizenship, to know and recognize themselves within reciprocity, suspension of judgment and prejudice, in asymmetric solidarity between strangers and therefore in the possibility of trying together to build the world, to re-create the world. In these lands generosity becomes generativity.

And it is in this creative process in which man becomes Man and author of his own history, even in the dialectical and dialogic confrontation with the other. Now, it is only in recognizing one's own limitations that the solidarity event can take place, that is, the capacity that defines our identity as human beings: not leaving the other alone in his despair, in the "fundamental solitude" of the human being, in the tragic eradication respecting the identities of all and thus establishing the dialogue between word and silence.

Do not forget that in psychic solitude we cancel the world around us: a world that does not see us and does not hear us. Regaining trust is necessary to build certain emotional foundations. The Crocerossine d'Italia Onlus Association aims to always offer a psychic home, a "human family" so as to make even those whose roots lie elsewhere feel at home.

Creativity is an exchange and can not be just an end in itself: it is the key to the future in its meaning of transformational advent. This is the real resource of a transformative path in which the new form of knowledge can also generate new identities and a new consciousness.

Music, for example, shows that the symbols belong to everyone and that the process of hybridization becomes a source of creativity. The functions of creativity, of symbolic representations, of the collective imaginary understood as a place of shared values ​​facilitate the valorization and representation as far as possible of the unrepresentable, the unspeakable, the words of silence, the recovery of parts of oneself denied, or split and projected onto the other. Certainly central are the feelings and the affections that cross the field of human relations. It is the symbolic unveiling from the parts of oneself, it is the conscious gaze of the other, it is the acceptance as a willingness to be lovingly charged to the other to establish the transformative path.

Accepting the limit allows you to welcome change, mutation, transformation: the appearance of those "third lands" teaches us to love and live in freedom and respect for all.

It is about knowing each other and recognizing each other in the other: to give birth to something new, to find something that was there but that was perceived, to bring parts of oneself to exist, to learn to look at the world with another look: to find the "third lands" within us. Free and without prejudice: only in this way can we embark on a journey around and within the human being as such, whereas the journey itself is far more important than arriving at the destination.

In "Game and Reality" Winnicott takes us back to the consideration that only in the transitional areas it is possible to experience that we are all mirror of each other and that in the rediscovered creative abilities of each resides the possibility of the encounter between self, the Other and the world without bloody break-ins, without tearing, judgments and prejudices. Grudges and anger, destructiveness and violence give way to constructiveness and love. Indifference is the greatest example of incivility.

The problem therefore lies in meeting oneself through the other and in becoming aware that we are all different. Which means building multiple, polymorphic, migrant identities, and "not the triumph of the One, necessarily destructive." (cf. JB Pontalis). This behavior we sometimes witness dismayed.

In this perspective, reflections on sometimes violent behavior towards women or attention to the disabled or support for people in serious difficulty are inscribed. In this perspective, assistance, not to be confused with assistance, becomes a way to redeem the person in his dignity.

As well as the promotion of health and the prevention of diseases, the logic of self-giving, sensitivity towards people over the years and those who foreigners in our land to the Association are turning to support, comfort and feel at home. And so also the great reflection on the role of culture as a set of human experiences that make up the great mosaic in the world becoming, of art therapy or of expressive languages ​​that express universal languages ​​that can build peace, a condition of lasting peace between the peoples. Here, the Associazione Crocerossine d'Italia Onlus, in this sense, puts in place a wide social parenting to help face the difficulties, to grow autonomously, to open up the horizons of new perspectives in which everyone can feel free in respect of themselves and of the other and together in the fruitful dimension of reciprocity, as in a relationship of love, to be able to tenderly embrace the world.
