The "click day" for companies is a colossal mockery. In the DL do I relaunch an article for Conte's father-in-law?

(by Massimiliano D'Elia) How do businesses and businesses, already suffering from lost earnings, reopen if they also have to pay for the sanitization costs of the premises? Quiet the Government has thought about it, with the “Cura Italia” decree.

Inail turned over to Invitalia the sum of 50 million euros, made available by the Government, deemed appropriate, and it is not known on the basis of which evaluations, to restore entrepreneurs for the expenses incurred for the purchase of Dpi and sanitization .

Millions that dr. Domenico Arcuri, number one of Invitalia, through the “Safe Company Notice"Made available to companies on 11 May with the"click day ".

A success! Thus, a press release from Invitalia began to amplify the goodness of the initiative and give light to one's boss, given that almost every day he is attacked because of his proclamations that are almost never reflected in reality (eg masks at 50 cents. ): "After just one minute from the opening of the counter, which took place at 9, 59.025 thousand booking requests had already been made by 42.753 businesses for an amount of 498.841.142 euros. After eleven minutes the bookings had become 91 thousand. At 9,42 there were 110.749 for over one billion euros in requests for reimbursements".

Too bad that in the press note it wasn't even written: "Sorry we made a mistake in our assessments (Government-Inail-Invitalia), we have only 50 million Euros as a dowry, we cannot please everyone. We can only pay up to 3.151 companies, for the others (208.826) we no longer have the money ".

A truly incompetent mistake, because the number of companies in Italy is certified, as well as the cost estimates for the sanitation of work areas. It was enough to do a simple multiplication. Instead of crumbs, more than 1,2 billion euros would have been needed to satisfy all the audience that had joined the Safe Enterprise Bando.

But rest assured, there is the bazooka of the Relaunch Decree which has a staggering 55 billion euros. Too bad that the Raise Raise Dl has only the name. I would have called it the patch, tampon or subsidy decree, because with tips and prebends he tried to please everyone, except directing resources to concrete measures for the real revitalization of the country. A punch in the stomach are those 150 million euros in bonuses intended for the purchase of scooters and bicycles, three times as much as the funds destined for companies with the Safe Business Call.

The government intervened, as usual, in its own way. In article 125 of the Dl Raise, called - Tax credit for the sanitization and purchase of protective devices- we read that "subjects carrying out business, arts and professions, non-commercial entities, including third sector entities and religious entities, are entitled to a tax credit equal to 60% of the expenses incurred in 2020 for sanitization and purchase of Dpi " . That is, 40 percent is borne entirely by businesses. Hurray !!!

But the surprises don't end. In the Relaunch Decree in article 180 there is also the decriminalization of the crimes for hoteliers who collect the tourist tax of their customers, avoiding paying it, as expected, to the Municipalities to which they belong. The criminal offense becomes only administrative: "the innkeeper, cites the article of the Decree, will have to pay an administrative penalty ”.

But what does the relaunch decree have to do with the issue of tourist taxes and hoteliers? Oops ...I admit, I only thought about it for a nanosecond, but Nicola Porro will also have done it in Il Giornale where he dedicated an editorial on the subject.

It is no coincidence that the father of our premier's partner Giuseppe Conte, owns one of the most prestigious hotels in the capital and was convicted of embezzlement, after plea bargain, because, according to the Rome prosecutor's office, between 2014 and 2018 it would have pocketed around two million euros from its customers without turning them over to the Municipality. I have no words…!
