We discussed the general lines of a plan whose foundations, financial resources, are not yet known and sure given that in Europe the discussion on the various forms of appropriations put in or to be put in place is still on and cannot find the unanimous consent of all EU countries.
In the meantime, the President of the Italian Council, Giuseppe Conte goes ahead and wants to tighten the time for the elaboration of the Recovery Plan national team to present in Brussels next September: “We are already looking forward to reviewing the program and trying to close it next week. We will make a comparison with the opposition political forces, after which we will have the draft recovery plan to work on in the coming weeks ".
To define the Italian Plan, in fact, the oppositions cannot be put aside, it is necessary to make them take part in the debate because the choices to be made will have very binding repercussions on future generations. It is no coincidence that the President of the Mattarella Republic continues to send direct and subliminal messages to push Prime Minister Conte to insist with the opposition. In fact, yesterday publicly the premier renewed the invitation, ithe first opening messages in the evening.
The League makes it known that “We have already presented the proposals for some time in Parliament. We don't need villas or parades. If, however, they invite us to institutional offices and not to villas to make catwalks, we consider going ".

We listen a lot, it seems to me that they are the ones who don't want to listen to us. Also yesterday Prime Minister Conte also remarked that "it is necessary to create the conditions to be able to allow a recovery in terms of productivity, of gross domestic product, because we are deeply dissatisfied with the trend of these indices in recent years; we have always been below the European average ”.
To make GDP grow, there are new opportunities to be seized alongside the implementation of historical Italian reforms. It will be necessary to promote the energy and ecological transition, the digitalization of services and proceed swiftly to a sumptuous plan for infrastructures.
To do all this, however, some administrative procedures must be prudently deburocratized, guilty of the ties that have hindered 120 billion euros for public works already allocated and parked between ministries, Anas, CDP, RFI and Italian regions. In this regard Conte wants to accelerate on Simplifications decree, which may already be ready next week: “We attach great importance to the simplification decree. We need a targeted measure to intervene on some junctions, although we know that a single legislative measure cannot solve the atavistic problem of a bureaucratic "encrustation".
