Fire Libya, Haftar, "Italy is our enemy"

Libya Observer reports that General Khalifa Haftar said that "the Tripoli crisis should not go any longer and liberating the Libyan capital is inevitable".
Speaking to the tribal leaders in Benghazi, he said he would "liberate" Tripoli through a well-structured plan to end what he called the "militia" rule.
He revealed that he has contacts with some "militias" to help them get out of the country and start businesses abroad.
"But if you decide to go home, you will be prosecuted," he told the leaders of the "militia", promising to help them settle abroad through Libyan embassies.
"We will no longer be silent on the current situations in Tripoli," he promised.
In his speech, the warlord criticized Italy by saying “there are people who praise it a lot despite the knowledge that Italy is an enemy for us”.
“Adoring Italy and implementing their demands is a real problem,” he noted.
Haftar rejected the current draft constitution saying "it is a disaster and must be replaced".
The draft constitution prevents Haftar from running for presidential elections in the country. According to the draft, the president of Libya will not hold a dual citizenship and, in this case, will have to have renounced it five years before the date of the presidential appointments.
Haftar owns an American citizenship in addition to his Libyan nationality.
Instead of approving a permanent constitution in the country, he pledged his support for elections to end the current crisis, threatening not to recognize the results if they turned out to be "unfair".
