With the circular no. 73 of June 24, 2022, INPS published the methods of payment of the one-off indemnity, equal to 200 euros as per decree-law May 17, 2022, n. 50.
The one-off allowance of 200 euros is provided for employees, the public and private individuals, holders of one or more employment relationships, who are entitled, from 1 January 2022 until the day before the publication of the circular, the right contribution exemption of 0,8%
On the basis of the provisions of article 32, paragraphs 1 to 7, of decree-law no. 50/2022, the circular provides that this indemnity be paid ex officio by INPS for holders of one or more pension benefits from any form of compulsory social security, pension or social allowance, pension or allowance for civil invalids, blind and deaf and dumb. , as well as accompanying pension treatments, with effect from 30 June 2022.
In this legislative provision, no mention is made of disabled people who are exclusively holders of accompanying allowances to whom, therefore, the one-off allowance of 200 euros is paid by their employer who proceeds with the direct accreditation (Article 31 of the decree-law no. 50/2022) if the conditions required by law are met.
