38 died and 105 injured the death toll of the double attack carried out today in Baghdad in Piazza Sahet al-Tayaran. According to the Ministry of the Interior, the two explosions were caused by two suicide bombers who wore explosive belts.
The attacks have not been claimed so far. The area of the bombings this morning had already been the scene of terrorist actions in the past after Iraqi Premier Haider al-Abadi announced officially the release of Iraq from the presence of IS jihadists last December.
