Israel: US withdrawal decision from Syrian territories does not change Israeli policy, "we will not accept Iranian military presence"

Israel will not tolerate any attempt by Iran to install itself militarily in Syria. This was reiterated by Israeli Prime Minister Benyamin Netanyahu, after the new series of raids by the Jewish state conducted in the night on the outskirts of Damascus.
"We are not ready to accept an Iranian military strengthening in Syria, which is directed against us - wrote Netanyahu on twitter - We are working against (this hypothesis) in an aggressive and continuous way these days".
Then, the premier, speaking at a swearing-in ceremony of the Air Force pilots in the south of the country, said: “I said that we won't be distracted from doing what is necessary, we will act. President Donald Trump's decision to withdraw American soldiers from Syria will not change our policy. We remain determined on our red lines in Syria and everywhere ”.
Syrian media reported today an Israeli missile attack on an arms depot, in which three soldiers were injured. According to the Sana news agency, which cites a military source in Damascus, the missiles flew over Lebanese territory and were shot down before they hit their designated targets.
Rami Abdel Rahman, director of the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, announced that the targets of the new Israeli raid were arms depots belonging to the Iranian Revolutionary Guards and Hezbollah. However, the version provided by the Jewish state is different, according to which the missile defense was activated in response to an anti-aircraft missile fired from Syria.
