In fact, our reforms are all going in this direction, building together a single great plan for the reform of the Italian school: the training and recruitment of teachers, the reorganization of the ITS Academies, the technical and professional institutes, guidance. The CPIAs, which I would like to call State Institutes for Adult Education, are an integral part of the big picture we are drawing, involving more the Regions, the territorial economies, also looking at the European and world context. A true and profound reform action that concerns the development and growth of the country and its future ”.

With the recognition of prior skills and the possibility of having these skills certified, the CPIA can be a springboard for further learning opportunities. An important element in the landscape of reforms that the Minister recalled and on which the government is committed. We hope that these Guidelines can be a useful tool for those Centers that have made considerable efforts in recent years to give everyone training opportunities on the job market ”.
