School, procedures to participate in the extraordinary competition on common place for lower and upper secondary school are now open
The procedures to participate in the extraordinary competition on common place for teachers of lower and upper secondary schools who have carried out at least three years of service in state educational institutions, even if not consecutive, starting from the 2017/2018 school year are underway and within the deadline for submitting applications for participation.
Applicants can submit their application up to 23.59 pm of June 16, 2022 exclusively electronically, with the possession of the credentials of the Public Digital Identity System (SPID) or those of the Electronic Identity Card (CIE), or, alternatively , of a valid user for accessing the services in the reserved area of the Ministry with the specific qualification for the “Online Instances (POLIS)” service. Each candidate may apply, under penalty of exclusion, for a single region and for a single competition class. Furthermore, in order to participate in the procedure in question, each candidate must have completed one year of service in the specific competition class for which you are applying.
How the competition will be organized
The procedure will consist of an oral disciplinary test lasting 30 minutes and the evaluation of qualifications.
Starting from the 2022/2023 school year, candidates placed in a useful position in the ranking will stipulate a fixed-term contract of annual duration, during which they will carry out, in addition to the annual initial training and test course (referred to in article 13 of the legislative decree 13 April 2017, n.59), a training course that fulfills the purpose of carrying out a comparison between the skills of the aspirant and those of the professional profile of the tenured teacher.
Following the passing of the test that concludes the training course as well as the passing of the annual initial training and test course, the teacher will be hired for an indefinite period and confirmed in the role, with legal and economic effect from 1 September 2023.
The extraordinary insolvency procedure is provided for by article 59, paragraph 9-bis, of the decree law 25 May 2021, n. 73, converted, with modifications, by the law of 23 July 2021, n. 106.
