Of the four terrorists responsible for the attack, two were killed and seven people were injured in the attack at the Intercontinental Hotel in Kabul.

The attack began at 21 local (17,30 in Italy) when a suicide bomber blew himself up at the hotel entrance. A reporter from the Tolo New network reported that terrorists killed guards defending the hotel of a private company that had recently taken over.
Also according to Gulabuddin Ghubar of Tolo News, during the clashes were also felt three strong explosions.
Only on Thursday the US embassy issued an alert for possible "attacks on hotels in Kabul". No terrorist group has so far claimed responsibility for the attack.
The same hotel was the scene of an attack in the same manner that at the end of a siege of 5 hours caused the death of 12 civilians and 9 attackers.
