It's the end: Peru instead of Jesus in a Christmas song at school, out of respect for Islam

The word Jesus changed to Peru so as not to offend the sensitivity of foreign children. And the Italian Catholic children? They don't take offense.

It happened at the primary school Beato Odorico da Pordenone di Zoppola, as reported today by the newspaper Messaggero Veneto which speaks of a third grade. It would be a song entitled "Christmas Minuet", where in a passage there is the name of Jesus. According to what the newspaper writes, the teacher, thinking that in this way the sensitivity of those who do not belong to the Christian religion could be disturbed, replaced the name Jesus with one that would not have made anyone difficult. The story was discovered by the relatives of two brothers who sang the song they learned at school at home during the Christmas lunch. The parents then asked for an explanation. The news spread in a short time and many criticisms of the teacher and the school were posted on social networks. According to Messaggero Veneto, the manager knew nothing of the teacher's initiative.
