Pedophilia. Set up by girls: Carabinieri arrest a 66-year-old. The man acted on a "bicycle"
The initiative of two young girls who, noticing and recognizing the man, managed to take pictures of him and subsequently deliver them to the investigators.
The Carabinieri of the Compagnia di Desio, in execution of the application measure of house arrest issued by the GIP of the Court of Milan at the request of the local Public Prosecutor's Office, arrested a 66-year-old from Limbiate, convicted, held responsible for sexual violence, solicitation and sexual acts with minors.
The restrictive measure was issued on the basis of the investigative activity conducted by the Carabinieri of the Desio Operational Section, coordinated by the Public Prosecutor Dr. Marina Petruzzella, through which three criminal events were reconstructed to the detriment of as many minors of 11, 13 and 15 years , residing in Brianza.
Everything originates from the complaint to the Carabinieri, brought by the parents of an 11-year-old who last July, while she was walking by bike, was approached by a man who, behind the offer of money, approached her and ordered her to undress. In the meantime, the young woman managed to run away without suffering further consequences.
Collected the information on the event, including a detailed description of the man, the military of the weapon started the first investigations to identify the author. Through special photographic identification the man was recognized in the 66-year-old hit by a precautionary measure.
Two other disputed episodes. In one case, which occurred in circumstances similar to the first, the same had approached a 13-year-old and taking advantage of the momentary absence of her mother, he groped her immediately after fleeing by bike. The third event is related to the solicitation of a 15-year-old, approached by making her believe that she fell on a bike and needed help. Having obtained the young woman's attention, the man, through specific sexual references, suggested that she go to his house to medicate her; an invitation that the young woman refused.
The suspect, now restricted to house arrest, appears to have already been convicted in the past for similar facts.
An important appeal from the Public Prosecutor's Office on the importance of always keeping the hearing and protection threshold as high as possible against minors, sometimes unaware victims of serious criminal conduct, such as solicitation, introduced as an autonomous criminal offense in the Italian law in 2012. Crime "Spy" capable of preventing very dangerous violent and brutal escalations, and therefore must always be brought to the attention of the Police by the parents / guardians of minors, in order to allow adequate investigative investigations.
