The hypothesis referred to as a rule by the article in today's Fatto Quotidiano is included in the proposed reform of the construction regulations drawn up by a national technical table set up at the Superior Council of Public Works in 2016, on the initiative of the Unified State-Autonomous Regions Conference locals. The proposal is in no way attributable to the will of Minister De Micheli or to the Ministry Offices as it has not yet been transmitted by the Higher Council of Public Works to the Minister and since the Council Assembly has not yet validated and approved the work carried out from the technical table.
The current text will follow the prescribed discussion procedure at the Superior Council, with the appointment of a special rapporteur commission, which at the conclusion of the work will submit it for examination by the General Assembly. Only at this point can the proposed regulatory framework be sent to the Political Authority for evaluations.
