Leonardo: with "Future Loading" the international induction and training program in partnership with Luiss Business School kicks off

The program provides for the placement of young talents in a global and technologically intensive company such as Leonardo, through a training course in Advanced Management carried out in collaboration with the Luiss Business School

With "Future Loading” Leonardo launches an International Talent Program for the recruitment of young talents of international origin, to strengthen evolutionary professional skills and contribute to the development of a wide-ranging innovation strategy. Thanks to the programme, the Company aims to recruit and train – through an internationally recognized Master in Advanced Management and designed with an excellent partner such as the Luiss Business School – future managers capable of managing complex organisations, leading proactively technological and business evolution.

"The program developed together with the Luiss Business School - underlines Antonio Liotti, Leonardo's Chief People & Organization Officer - represents an absolute novelty in the way it is designed, i.e. the simultaneous recruitment and training of talents to meet the growing need for skills distinctive features of a high technological and managerial profile for our Company. A path - adds Liotti - which represents an important piece within a broad and diversified recruiting strategy which, in 2022 alone, led to the hiring of around 5.000 people in the company, with a focus on young people under 30 years that make up 44% of new hires”.

The training program, which lasts approximately one year and is carried out entirely in English, involves a path divided into various steps, at different Group offices, starting from Leonardo's Headquarters in Rome, functional to understanding the complex corporate reality and achieved also through an experience abroad and the aid of innovative teaching methodologies.

The selected young people will learn the most advanced project management and system engineering techniques, to lead high-performance teams in multicultural, technologically intensive environments, in an international context, and thus acquire the skills necessary to transform strategic decisions into targeted actions, developing strong leadership skills. The main objective is the acquisition of skills aimed at taking on strategic roles in Leonardo in the future through constant professional growth.

The macro-areas on which the courses are focused include the most current issues in the management of complex companies, from Innovation, Marketing & Creativity to Leadership & Social Skills, from Engineering & Operations Management to Strategic Decision Making, up to Accounting , Finance & Governance.
