The total value of the three Anas projects (Fs Italiane Group) approved by the interministerial Committee for economic planning is about 493 million. These are three important and strategic works for the territory, two in the Lombardy region between the provinces of Sondrio and Varese and one in Campania between the provinces of Avellino and Salerno.
Lombardia
In detail, the Malpensa Accessibility project was approved, which provides for the definitive construction of the road link between Samarate and the border with the province of Novara, that is the state road 341 "Gallaratese" in the section between the motorway A8 (Gallarate link road) and state road 527 in the municipality of Vanzaghello, in the province of Varese. This is the 1st functional section from Km 6,500 (SS 336 Nord junction) to Km 8,844 (A8 motorway junction). The intervention concerns a stretch about 2,34 km long, has a category B road section "main suburban road" and involves a total cost of 118 million euros, whose financial coverage has been ensured through the Malpensa Mortgage for 93 million and 25,398 million euros from the resources of Law 31/2008, borne by the Lombardy Region, the Metropolitan City and the Municipality of Milan
The final project on state road 38 'dello Stelvio' has also been approved for the sections between the Bianzone and La Ganda junctions and between the La Ganda and Campone in Tirano junctions, in the province of Sondrio, for Accessibility Valtellina, Lot 4 - Node of Tirano. The necessary changes to the location of existing power lines owned by Terna SpA are also included in the approval of the CIPE The intervention concerns a route that extends for approximately 6,6 km, has a road section of category C1 "secondary suburban road" and includes one for a total cost of the work of 143,3 million euros, whose financial coverage was ensured through the 2016/2020 ANAS-MIT Program Agreement for 88,344 million, for 50 million euros from the savings on the SS38 intervention - Morbegno variant 2nd excerpt and for 5 million euros from the Memorandum of Understanding of 05 November 2007.

In particular, the intervention on Statale 341 will allow better accessibility to Malpensa airport, creating a fast-travel artery in variant to inhabited centers, while the second intervention relating to the Tirano variant, on Statale 38 extends the modernization of access route to the upper Valtellina, making the variant to the town of Tirano avoiding the passage of traffic on the internal roads. Furthermore, with the imminent conclusion of the works on the Morbegno variant, the tourist flow in the entire area will be facilitated by rationalizing the daily and tourist traffic flows "
Campania
Cipe has given the green light to the preliminary project for the assignment of motorway characteristics to the Salerno-Avellino link including the adaptation of the 7 and 7bis statues, to the Avellino Est junction of the A16, relative to the first extract from Mercato San Severino junction of Fratte.
The stretch affected by the intervention has an overall length of approximately 9,4 km and a road section of category A "highways in the suburban area". The total expenditure is equal to 232,3 million euros and the financial coverage was ensured through the 2016-2020 ANAS program contract on the Single Fund and on the 2014-2020 Development and Cohesion Fund (FSC) of the Campania Region.
