The Mayor of Naples Luigi de Magistris participated this morning with the representatives of the Association "Ciro Lives"and "Right to health"To the delivery of 200 special masks of TNT with a transparent cover that were donated to Elvira Sepe. association ENS Naples (Ente Nazionale Sordi onlus), to help those who have enormous difficulties in communication, also because of the "normal" masks that prevent the reading of the lip.
The special masks were sewn by a Neapolitan seamstress Anna Novellino (left in the photo), who made them 200 of which 160 for adults and 40 for children, as requested by the President of the ENS Napoli association Elvira Sepe. Transparent masks, which leave the lips visible, already exist, but they are few, expensive, and often unavailable.
