In the past few days I have guaranteed my attention and that of the Offices on the issues raised by the sector and have already set a meeting for 24 next October, agreed with the representative organizations.
I expect everyone to be responsible. One can legitimately protest, one cannot transform a state of hardship and a protest march into a matter of public order aggravated by the wounding of people. I express solidarity and closeness to the injured police officers committed to their duty and strongly condemn every episode of violence. This is not the best way either to defend the interests of a sector or to bring to the attention of institutions, politics and public opinion problems and difficulties ".
