Support for agricultural and fishing companies, with interventions to reduce the costs of agricultural diesel, transport and powering greenhouses and buildings. The Aid Decree ter was approved by the Council of Ministers, which contains important measures, commissioned by the Minister of Agricultural, Food and Forestry Policies, Stefano Patuanelli, to mitigate the economic effects deriving from the persistence of the exceptional increase in the price of diesel and petrol.

To counter the expensive energy, the Government has extended and strengthened the measures already adopted in recent months to support all businesses, with a tax credit with rates of 40% for energy-consuming and 30% for those who employ over 4,5 kw. .

Specifically for agricultural and fishing companies and for agro-mechanical companies, the decree provides for the extension to the fourth quarter of 2022 of the tax credit for the purchase of fuel in partial compensation of the higher costs actually incurred for the purchase of diesel and petrol for traction. of the vehicles used, equal to 20 per cent of the expenditure incurred for the purchase of fuel made in the fourth quarter of 2022, proven by the related purchase invoices, net of value added tax.

The tax credit also concerns agromechanical companies and the use of production buildings used for animal breeding for heating greenhouses, so as to meet the demands of the sectors most affected by the increase in energy costs. Furthermore, the maximum amount of Ismea guaranteed loans, with 35.000% coverage, is raised from 62.000 euros to XNUMX euros, relating to expensive energy.
