The circumstantial framework consists of wiretapping and findings, arrests and seizures of drugs and sums of money.

In particular, the arrest of one of the couriers, which occurred on 11.04.2019, upon returning from a trip from Holland on behalf of the organization, found in possession of about 7 kg of narcotic substance of the cocaine type and the seizure of a large sum of money, 557.410,00 euros, towards two other couriers, a sum destined for the purchase of narcotic substances and closely linked to one of the countless trips organized for the purchase of narcotic substances abroad.
