Nigeria: A boy explodes causing the death of at least 50 people

According to local police reports, a young kamikaze exploded in a mosque in the city of Mubi, in the state of Adamawa in northern Nigeria, killing at least 50 people.

The kamikaze, a 17-year-old boy, operated the explosive belt while in the middle of the crowd who was coming to the mosque for morning prayer. The attack has caused the death of at least 50 people. Othman Abubakar, police spokesman, said: "We are still finding out the number of people who were injured in the explosion because they are being hospitalized in various hospitals in the country."

Although there was no allegation of the attack at the moment, the modalities, the brutality of the attack, and the lack of immediate claim would seem to bring everything to the terrorist array of Boko Haram, who in the 2015 declared loyalty to the alliance and sow terror in Nigeria by attacking, killing Christians, moderate Islamists, and anyone who opposed their plan of death.

The state of Adawama, where the massacre took place, borders the north with that of Borno, the home of Islamic terrorists who have killed at least 20 thousands of people in the last six years. The attack this morning is the one with more victims since last December, when two kamikaze girls had exploded in Madagascar at the entrance of a fruit and vegetable market in northeast Nigeria.
