“I learn with astonishment, from reading a press release released in the late afternoon, of a complained discrimination against the ANM for the exclusion from the ministerial technical consultation table for the reform of the criminal trial.
It being understood that several magistrates are inextricably included in this body, I note that just this morning a meeting was agreed with the president of the ANM, Giuseppe Santalucia, for next April 4 between the ANM, the CNF and the criminal Chambers, to start a series of consultations which I hope will be able to continue fruitfully through everyone's precious contribution at the various moments in which the government's reform program will be articulated.
I am certain that the synergistic contribution of the various components of the justice system will lead, in a short time, to the identification of effective and shared solutions, with due respect for cultural pluralism".
