The Inps Family Portal is available, at the page https://serviziweb2.inps.it/AS0207/PortaledelleFamiglie/, for information and assistance to parents and citizens who want personalized advice and services on single and universal check, check Temporary for minors, Nursery bonus, Childbirth allowance, Baby-sitting bonus, Summer camp bonus.
The Portal, in addition to being integrated with the Isee system and the Family Booklet, also offers the user the possibility to independently calculate, through the use of simulators, the possible amounts to which he would be entitled by submitting the application for the various services. .
The messages sent by the Institute via SMS and e-mail to the user are displayed in the “Communications” section and it is possible to consult the progress of the individual applications presented.
A virtual assistant provides chat information day and night, seven days a week.
The household portal can be used from desktops, smartphones and tablets by logging in with your SPID credentials or with an electronic identity card (CIE), or with the National Services Card (CNS) and can always be reached from the website www.INPS.it by typing in the "Family Portal" search engine and selecting the "Family Portal" service from the results.
