The profiles sought: economic; legal; statistical-mathematical; IT, engineering, management engineering
The public competition notice with which, on the initiative of the Ministry of Economy and Finance, the Department of Public Administration-RIPAM Commission is being published in the Official Gazette today, 13 August 2021, using Formez PA to carry out of the procedure, will start the selection for the recruitment, on a fixed-term basis, of 500 professionals destined for the monitoring and reporting structures of the funds at the administrations holding the related projects and interventions, for the realization of the institutional coordination, management, implementation, monitoring system and control of the Recovery and Resilience Plan, in accordance with the provisions of the decree of the President of the Council of Ministers, referred to in article 7, paragraph 1, of Legislative Decree 80/2021, converted into law no. 113 of 6 August 2021.
The assumptions are divided as follows:
- 198 units for the economic profile;
- 125 units for the legal profile;
- 73 units for the statistical-mathematical profile;
- 104 units for the IT, engineering, management engineering profile.
All hires will be on a fixed-term basis for a period of more than 36 months, but not exceeding the duration of completion of the NRP and in any case no later than 31 December 2026.
Applications must be sent exclusively electronically, by 14 pm on 20 September 2021, through the Step-One 2019 system, made available by Formez PA.
The notice will also be published in full on the website http://riqualificazione.formez.it, on the Step-One 2019 system and on the institutional websites of the administrations concerned.
The competition, pursuant to the reform contained in article 10 of Legislative Decree 44/2021, will be divided into the following phases:
a) a selective written test, distinct for the competition codes, which will take place exclusively through the use of IT tools and digital platforms, also in decentralized locations and also with several consecutive non-contextual sessions, ensuring the transparency and homogeneity of the tests;
b) the evaluation of qualifications, distinguished by the competition codes, will be carried out only following the completion of the written test, with exclusive reference to the candidates who are suitable for the test and on the basis of the declarations of the same, made in the application form, and of the documentation produced.
