Even in Genoa, the State Police has deployed all the resources available to stop Covid19. Not only men but also means, in particular those that are normally used in public order services or in rescue operations and which, in this unprecedented emergency situation, will be used to clean and disinfect Genoese streets.
Already from this night, in agreement with AMIU, the hydrant vehicle supplied to the VI Iveco Mobile Department 190.30, has traveled the streets of the center, in the area between via B. Liguria and Principe station, spraying water and disinfectant solution.
With its 8.000 liters of capacity and an engine pump capable of emptying the entire tank in 6 minutes, with water jets that can reach up to 10 atm, the police hydrant vehicle remained in operation until the first light of the 'alba, thus contributing to the sanitation services already started by the Municipal Authority.
