The course on public security law was inaugurated yesterday at Sapienza University of Rome as part of the ever-richer training offer of the Faculty of Law. The first lesson, held by the State Councilor Carlo Mosca, holder of the study course, took place in the presence of the Dean of the faculty Professor Oliviero Diliberto.

The course aims to provide the student with a knowledge of the security system, as a set of rules that regulate the activities of the Administrations involved in the management of public security, in their work of collecting information, preventing and repressing criminal phenomena and guarantee public order. Particular attention will be paid to the organization of the national and provincial and territorial Authorities, as well as the Police Forces. An in-depth study is planned on the information system for the security of the Republic, aimed at guaranteeing national security against threats capable of damaging the supreme constitutional interests. Learning public security law is essential for the training of professionalism in the management of public security and national security.
