Poliziamoderna at the national fair of small and medium publishing

From 7 to 11 December 2022, Poliziamoderna will be present in Rome with its own exhibition space at "Più libri più libera", the national fair of small and medium-sized publishing which, now in its 21st edition, will host the official monthly magazine of the State Police at the “Rome convention center – La Nuvola” (Floor Forum – Stand L17).

The Poliziamoderna exhibition area will be entirely dedicated to the publications of the State Police, with many innovations not only from an editorial point of view, but also for the involvement of visitors within the dedicated stand.

Many editorial products will be exhibited and which it will be possible to purchase throughout the Fair and the proceeds of which will be entirely donated to the "Marco Valerio Plan" of the State Police Assistance Fund, designed to provide concrete help to the families of policemen with children with serious illnesses.

Through the publications, it will be possible to learn more about the activities and specialties of the State Police: Dogs & Heroes (with the introduction of Alberto Angela and the photos and stories of the dog-loving policemen's workmates), Police and engines, the long road together (edited by the Quattroruote journalist Emanuele Mùrino, dedicated to the means of the State Police, from its origins to the present day) and the volume The Flag of the State Police - History of traditions and values ​​at the service of the common good, which traces the life of the our country through the history of the decorations conferred in the most diverse areas of employment of police operators.

A space will be dedicated to making known The return of the scorpion, the fifth adventure of Commissioner Mascherpa, the graphic novel edited by Poliziamoderna, conceived by Luca Scornaienchi, director of the Comics Museum of Cosenza, and drawn by Daniele Bigliardo, historic pencil of Dylan Dog. The Diamond Commissioner will once again be the protagonist of the Poliziamoderna exhibition space with Big Game, an English-language edition created in collaboration with Interpol: three episodes designed by Alessandro Nespolino, Luigi Siniscalchi and again Daniele Bigliardo. In addition to purchasing Commissioner Mascherpa's volumes, visitors will also have the opportunity to see the two Bonelli designers Daniele Bigliardo and Alessandro Nespolino, author of the Nick Riders.

Not to be missed is the appointment with Siamo un Pacco alla Camorra, an initiative that sees Poliziamoderna at the forefront of the fight against organized crime: it will be possible to buy at the stand the "parcels" containing culinary products from lands conquered from the underworld, processed by people with disabilities and the proceeds of which will go to NCO (New Organized Cooperation). In line with one of the themes of this year's Fair "Sport and inclusiveness", exceptional testimonials will be some Paralympic athletes from the "Fiamme oro" State Police sports groups, returning from numerous international successes and winners of the first competition for access to sports groups dedicated to Paralympic athletes and which will allow the latter to continue their career in the police, within technical roles, once the sporting one has ended.

The Poliziamoderna stand will open tomorrow at 11:00 with the Traffic Police, Specialties of the State Police, protagonist of Commissioner Mascherpa's latest adventure, which with the new edition of the game "Instradando" (including a section dedicated to "green mobility") will aim to entertain the kids with an eye to the rules of the road, and dog lovers, who will be present in the exhibition area together with their four-legged "colleagues".
